Instructions to fill out on iPad:
If you would like to fill out your Student Profile Sheet on your iPad, please read the following instructions:
- Make sure you are in the Safari web browser.
- Click the link below to download the PDF document.
- After the PDF opens in your Safari window, click the Share button in the upper right hand corner (square box with arrow).
- Scroll the top row until you see the Copy to Acrobat option, and select it.
- You may be prompted to sign into Adobe at this point. This is just an advertisement. Close the window by clicking the "X" in the upper left-hand corner.
- The form will now open in Acrobat, and you can fill it out. It will automatically save as you type. Open Adobe Acrobat to view your saved file.
