Archbishop Molloy High School is currently accepting resumes for a full-time School Nurse for the 2018-19 school year. The Nurse is concerned with the maintenance of a good standard of student health and the prevention and the first aid treatment of accidents and illnesses that occur while a student is in school. The Nurse provides services to prevent, identify, and remedy health problems which may interfere with the academic progress and social and emotional well-being of our students. Specific duties are dependent on the needs of particular students, school policy, and NYC Department of Health regulations.
The ideal candidate must be a licensed registered nurse with hospital experience. He or she should be approachable and cooperative, have an understanding and appreciation of Catholic Marist values, be comfortable with computer technology and willing to assist in the future planning and digitization of all school medical records.
