About the Club: Members of the photography club document student life through photography. This means members of the club attend school events such as the school musical, basketball games, intramural sports, Spirit Week activities, and more. Students might also take photos of events such as Walkathon, World Trade Center Walk, Open House, Senior Show, and more. Members can receive instruction on using SLR cameras (Canon). Members can use their own personal cameras or borrow a camera from the moderators. Occasionally club members may volunteer to assist the moderators in other capacities such as serving as an assistant during a school marketing photoshoot. Student photos are occasionally celebrated in a gallery at school and may appear on the school's social media accounts or used in publications such as The Stanner newspaper, The Beehive, Stanner Life Magazine, Yearbook, or on the school website.
