Service Trip to Lawrence, MA

In December, five Molloy students took part in a service trip to Lawrence, Massachusetts! Over the course of two days, our students provided service at Lazarus House Ministries. They spent time serving and sharing a meal at the family shelter on the first night of the trip. The following day, the group assisted with restocking the food pantry, which serves over 1,500 people weekly. That afternoon was spent serving at the Lazarus House soup kitchen, eventually ending the day by dropping off toys for children on behalf of Project Bethlehem. After two full days of service and reflection, the group celebrated a Christmas prayer service with our friends at Central Catholic High School, a fellow Marist school. Our Stanners expressed gratitude for their experience and for the many blessings they have in their own life.

Special thanks to Erin Gilbert and Marist Brothers Communications for providing this information.
