What Is The Fund For Molloy?

Annual Means Everyday

Giving to Archbishop Molloy High School helps to create opportunities for our students and faculty everyday. Molloy is a premier Catholic Marist college preparatory school in New York City because of your support. Your gift to our annual fund, the Fund For Molloy, enables our school to:

  • Remain accessible and affordable
  • Provide state-of-the-art technology
  • Ensure the intellectual, spiritual, and physical growth of our students
  • Improve classroom and student facilities

How Much Should I Give?

The size of your gift is a personal decision, but we encourage you to participate to the best of your ability. Alumni, family members, and friends give to Molloy at a variety of levels, all of which make a positive impact on Molloy's ability to provide an accessible and innovative learning environment.

Annual Giving Societies

Give today, and your kindness will set an example for others. We will publicly acknowledge your participation by recognizing you among one of our Annual Giving Societies. We are committed to recognizing donors who exhibit leadership through their contributions and loyalty to Molloy. The generous individuals who make up our Annual Giving Societies play a vital role in the future of Molloy. Our Annual Giving Societies include:

  • 1892 Society — $15,000 and Above
  • 1957 Club — $10,000 to $14,999.99
  • Marist Club — $5,000 to $9,999.99
  • Stanner Society — $2,500 to $4999.99
  • President's Circle — $1,000 to $2,499.99
  • The Lion's Pride — $500 to $999.99
  • Blue & White — Up to $499.99

A gift or a pledge of $1,000 or more awards membership in the President's Circle, which entitles you with an invitation to an annual luncheon/dinner hosted by Molloy's president. This event grants an opportunity for our benefactors to meet other members of our community as well as the students who benefit from your philanthropy. All of our Annual Giving Societies represent the thoughtfulness and generosity of our community that we are truly grateful for. We invite you to seriously consider membership in one of our Giving Societies.

Scholarships

Gifts of $100,000 or more to the Endowment Fund can be identified with the name of the donor or as memorials to others such as family members, friends, faculty members or other individuals a donor wishes to recognize. Endowment programs which perpetuate the name of a family or individual are popular memorial or tribute gifts. The Endowment Fund handles record-keeping details of each gift and reports to the donor.

When And Where Should I Give?

Molloy's fiscal year begins on September 1st and concludes on August 30th of the following calendar year. Supporting Molloy before the end of a calendar year (September - December) allows the Stanner Alumni Center to use our resources more efficiently, and early giving is beneficial to you when planning for your subsequent tax returns. Any time you choose to give, we are deeply appreciative of your generosity and assure you that your philanthropy will make a difference.
