Student Life
MOLLOY STUDENTS ARE MARIST
Archbishop Molloy High School serves a diverse, college-bound population of students. We strive to nurture their intellectual curiosity, creativity, and leadership in and out of the classroom by emphasizing and living out the 5 Marist Pillars: Presence, Simplicity, Family Spirit, Love of Work, and In the Way of Mary. In other words, Molloy students are taught to be present for one another, to live humbly and respectfully, to embrace family and community, to serve others with enthusiasm and care, and to be inspired by the kindness and love of Mary, Our Good Mother.
GET INVOLVED!
We offer our students many opportunities that enrich daily life here at Stanner High. Whether you are interested in a club, an honor society, a sport, Campus Ministry, or further developing your academic interests, the first step is always the same: take initiative!
Campus Ministry
Using the lens of Marist spirituality, Campus Ministry seeks to ‘make Jesus known and loved,’ in turn helping our students grow in faith and in social and emotional maturity. Campus Ministry is not a club one joins, but rather a series of invitations that we hope will inspire you to get involved and build community in many different ways. By attending or leading retreats, serving others in need, participating in liturgies, and so much more, you can embody the Marist spirit and make a positive difference in our community and in our world.
Athletics
Molloy students can improve their skills and make their mark in one of our 46 team sports, including 20 at the varsity level. Our student-athletes are nurtured by experienced and dedicated coaches who are focused on developing the whole person. That means encouraging the hard work and discipline needed to succeed on the field of play, while instilling values of teamwork and good sportsmanship that foster a positive and healthy mindset.
Clubs & Activities
Molloy students are encouraged to explore and expand their interests through a wide variety of over 60 clubs and activities. Many clubs offer leadership positions and service-focused initiatives, which can enrich the student experience and boost college applications. Joining clubs is also a great way to make new friends and experience all that Molloy has to offer. From cultural clubs and honor societies, to computer science and fine arts, there is something for everyone at Molloy.
