Archbishop Molloy High School is a Catholic Marist school that fosters an exemplary education in mind, body and spirit for a diverse college-bound population. Molloy offers a unique, challenging and comprehensive program of instruction, guidance and activities. Here individuals recognize their self-worth and develop a lifetime of Christian values, critical thinking, leadership skills and service to others. Rooted in the Marist tradition, Molloy offers a challenging and comprehensive program of academics, guidance, and extracurricular activities. Founded in the Marist tradition of St. Marcellin Champagnat, Molloy seeks to create a school community marked by presence, simplicity, family spirit, love of work, and a deep devotion to Mary. In this spirit, members of the Molloy faculty and staff work together to support the growth and well-being of every student entrusted to our care.

Archbishop Molloy High School is currently accepting resumes for a full-time School Nurse. The School Nurse is responsible for maintaining a high standard of student health and for the prevention, first aid treatment, and management of illnesses or injuries that occur while students are in school. The Nurse provides services that help prevent, identify, and address health concerns that may interfere with students’ academic progress and their social and emotional well-being.

Responsibilities include monitoring student health needs, maintaining medical records in accordance with school policy and New York City Department of Health regulations, and responding to student illnesses and injuries during the school day. Specific duties may vary depending on the needs of individual students, school policies, and applicable health regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Registered Nurse
  • Hospital or clinical experience preferred
  • Approachable, cooperative, and able to work effectively with students, families, and faculty
  • Comfortable using computer technology and willing to assist with the ongoing digitization and management of student medical records
  • Understanding and appreciation of Catholic and Marist values

 


Position Available: Religion Teacher

  • Pay: $65,000.00 - $113,000.00 per year

In this spirit, teachers are called not only to instruct, but to accompany students in their growth as young people of faith, character, and service to others.

Archbishop Molloy High School seeks a highly qualified candidate for a tenure-track Religion teaching position beginning in the 2026–2027 school year.

The successful candidate will teach courses across the Religion curriculum and contribute to the spiritual and academic life of the school community. Candidates should demonstrate a strong commitment to Catholic education and the Marist mission, an ability to engage students in meaningful discussions about faith and ethics, and a desire to support students in their intellectual and spiritual development.

Responsibilities include:

  • Teaching courses within the high school Religion curriculum
  • Supporting the Catholic and Marist mission of the school through instruction and witness
  • Creating engaging, student-centered lessons that promote Catholic theological understanding and critical thinking
  • Participating in school liturgies, retreats, and other aspects of Campus Ministry as appropriate
  • Contributing positively to the broader life of the school community

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Theology
  • High school teaching experience preferred
  • Practicing Roman Catholic in good standing and committed to the teachings of the Catholic Church
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse student population
  • Commitment to the mission of Catholic and Marist education
