Molloy strives to create a positive online space where our community can be celebrated and individuals can connect with one another safely. Our Community Guidelines outline a code of conduct for anyone who interacts with Molloy online, including on social media platforms, in virtual video settings, and other online spaces. We are committed to the safety of our community, and we sincerely thank you for your partnership in fostering a safe online environment.

Safety

All members of our community should adhere to the following safety practices:

  • Do not engage in inappropriate or insensitive behavior 
  • Report any instances of inappropriate or insensitive content, comments, and conduct
  • Do not use profanities or obscenities when commenting on school social media posts
  • Do not engage in name-calling or shaming of any kind
  • Do not post or share false or misleading information
  • Do not reference, post, or share any lewd content
  • Do not post or share images of others without consent
  • Do not share AI manipulated images without consent or with harmful intent

Contribute

We appreciate when members of our community join in our celebration of all things Molloy on social media. When doing so, remember to:

  • Treat others with kindness and respect
  • Support one another and our community with positivity and encouragement
  • Respect the privacy of others
  • Help create a safe online space for students, faculty, family members, and friends
  • Keep comments on Molloy’s posts relevant to the subject matter

Spam

Help Molloy curate clear and informative online spaces. Be mindful of the following:

  • Do not repeatedly post or upload irrelevant comments or content
  • Do not share comments that are unrelated to the subject matter
  • Do not misrepresent yourself through the use of inauthentic social media accounts
  • Do not create, follow, or share social media accounts that are not official school accounts (see full listing below)

Privacy

  • Do not share the personal information of others
  • Do not promote any personal businesses
  • Do not promote any third-party products
  • Do not share photos of others without their consent
  • Do not post or share content that may be libelous, threatening, defamatory, inflammatory, or harassing in nature

Legality

  • Do not promote or reference illegal activities
  • Do not share links to third-party websites that promote, reference, or depict illegal activities
  • Molloy is not responsible or liable for content posted or shared by users or on third party websites
