The Museum of the City of New York (MCNY) has extended its exhibit City/Game: Basketball in New York through June 20, 2021. The exhibit, which originally opened in February 2020 and was temporarily closed due to COVID-19, "intertwines New York's vibrant history of street and playground basketball with the narratives of the players, coaches, and moments that have made the city’s high school, college, and professional game the stuff of legend.” Molloy is represented in the exhibit with items on display referencing Jack Curran, Lou Carnesseca '43, Kenny Anderson '89, and more. If you have not yet had the opportunity to see the exhibit, this spring may be your last chance. MCNY is located at 1220 Fifth Avenue at 103rd Street in Manhattan and is open Friday-Sunday from 10am-6pm. Check www.mcny.org for ticket information and guidelines for entry.
