8th Grade Timeline

• Molloy's online application is now available. Find it here.
• August 26, 2024 at 9 AM - TACHS exam registration begins.  You can sign up online at www.tachsinfo.com or by telephone at 1-866-61TACHS (1-866-618-2247).

• Molloy brochures are delivered to all local schools. Ask your 8th Grade teacher or guidance counselor for one! 
• All 8th Grade applicants must fill out an online application by Wednesday, December 4, 2024. 
• To be considered for a Named Scholarship, candidates must fill out a Named Scholarship online application. Molloy must be listed as number one on the TACHS exam to be considered for a Named Scholarship. More information can be found here.

• FALL OPEN HOUSE - October 20, 2024
• TACHS - October 30, 2024 is the DEADLINE for registration. Visit www.tachsinfo.com for all TACHS related information.

• TACHS Exam - Saturday, November 9, 2024
• For the TACHS exam, students send their scores to three Catholic high schools. Preference is given to applicants listing Molloy as their first choice (all choices are considered).
• November 15, 2024 - Named Scholarship Application due.

• December 4, 2024 - Deadline to submit Molloy Online Application for 8th Graders. Note: If your 8th Grade report cards are unavailable until after the Molloy application deadline, you may submit them when they become available.
• December 10, 2024 - Deadline for all schools to send the completed 9th Grade TACHS Applicant Record form. Print the form from: www.tachsinfo.com

• January 15, 2025 - Admissions Notifications are sent on the same day by all Catholic high schools. Acceptances will be distributed only via email and through your Blackbaud Portal. Please let us know as soon as possible if you do not have an email address or did not add one to your Blackbaud account.
• January 23, 2025 - Molloy's Winter Open House for Accepted Students from 7:00PM to 8:30PM.

• February 5, 2025 - Admitted students must send their completed response form and pay the non-refundable deposit of $450. This is the first of two fees to secure your child's seat in Molloy's Class of 2029.

• March 5, 2025 - Non-refundable $700 technology fee due. This is the second step in securing your child's seat at Molloy.
• March 8, 2025 - Saturday morning Freshman Welcome Event (for Incoming Freshmen).

• World Language Placement Exam. Exact date to be determined.

• Freshman Parent Packet emailed. It includes start of school dates, sports try-out dates, uniform information, iPad distribution schedule, tuition information, and more.
