If response to your requests we have a smaller meet this year, both in the number of chools and the number of athletes each school can run in the oval events. We hope to be ahead of schedule. Please plan accordingly.

The invitational events are now posted, and the meet results will be updated during the meet.
We have a number of schools who have not paid previous years entries. Please check the list of schools that owe before you enter.
We will only accept 120 schools ! Check the list of accepted schools.

WE WILL SCORE 5 PLACES ON A 6-4-3-2-1 BASIS Only Varsity or Invitational Score (but not Var 1600 nor non-Invitational Shot).

SEEDING WE WILL SEED ALL EVENTS THE DAY OF THE MEET
Coaches, please give athletes 200 seed times for 300, 400seed times for 600, & 800 seed times for 1000.

IN THE SHOT PUT -
ONLY THROWS OVER THE CUTOFF WILL BE MEASURED !!!!
Last year we had entire flights without a measured throw!

- ATHLETES MAY COMPETE IN NO MORE THAN TWO EVENTS
If we have an exceptionally large entry. In order to decrease the time of the meet we will run some unseeded sections continuously. Once a reasonable cutoff time has been established in the fosh smr, soph smr, 1000m and 1600m, the following sections will be lined up on the track in lanes 2 through 6 at the three turn staggered start. While the previous section is finishing their last lap these runners will start and run the first lap outside of lane 1. Hopefully this will allow us to save time without impeding the finish for any runners.
