Clubs And Activities

The Stanner Players stage two playes a year with the cast determined by auditions open to all students. The auditions are judged by the moderator and selected student board members and the Student Assistant Director.

Past productions include: Twelve Angry Men, Fools, Joseph and the Amazing Technocolor Dreamcoat, Rumors, Guys and Dolls, Godspell and Our Town.

Productions invite students at all levels interested in working on stage as performers or behind the scenes creating the set or managing props.

According to Erin Brady, president this year, "The Stanner Players have taught me to overcome stage fright, and build confidence I never thought I would have. I encourage everyone inclined to try out - even if they don't want to act, to become involved with this club." "It's a great opportunity to meet people from other grades and work together to build a great performance."

Director Kevin Schwab helps you to bring out the best performance you can deliver. His patience is amazing. He is both a mentor and coach.
