Science Olympiad is an interscholastic activity involving a competition at city and state levels. We have tryouts in the fall to assemble a 15 student team. Our competition is in February. We do events in Biology, Chemistry, Earth Science, Physics and Engineering. Gold, silver and bronze medals are distributed in each of 18 different events. The top 3 teams go on to the state championship in March. We have gone on to the states in 14 of the last 17 years.
