Mrs. Adele Solari

Mrs. Adele Solari received a BA in Mathematics from Hunter College and an MS in Education from Queens College.  Beginning her career at St. Rita's Catholic Elementary School in East New York, she taught 2nd grade, including 2 years as a team teacher in a Bilingual classroom.  Later, moving to the junior high level, she taught 6th, 7th and 8th grade Math.  For the next 5 years she worked at Holy Cross High School in Flushing where she taught Geometry, Algebra 2 & Trigonometry, and Pre-Calculus.  While raising her family, she was an adjunct instructor at both St. John's University and Queensborough Community College.  Mrs. Solari has been at Molloy since 1995 and over the years has taught just about every course in the Math Department and is moderator of the Math Team.   She is a member of several professional organizations including the NCTM and the AMTNYS.
